so,back to our story..

lately ni our life so miserable..

I missed the train

I saw her in the railway station.

There was nothing special about her compared to the others.

And yet, I kept looking at her.

She was sitting on the bench with her hand holding a ticket. A train's ticket I guess.

I didn't know where she is heading to.

And why? Why I'm looking at her from the distance.

I just didn't know.

There was something.

In her eyes

All over her face.

But...

There was no reason.

The train arrived.

I made my way towards the train and it was this time,I took a glance over her.

She stood up from the bench and turned back instead of taking the train.

And the ticket dropped off her hand.

Though the morning started real quick, though the winter is chilling out real soon, though the year is moving ahead of us. Nevertheless, we are still standing beside of each other. We made a right call. The bond is still there. Heh, I'm pretty sure every single of us has deeply known each other well enough despite there was a few numbers of quarrel. Haha. Quarrel cherish out the day. At first, there was an edging between us. Or at least, the manners was still there. We refused to divulge our true colours. Well, first impressive is what we called it nowadays. From 5 persons, we opened the spaces to another one person. Ukhuwah is not limited right? The same day, we made the ukhuwah there were 6 of us. Technically, the 6 of us were trying to survive living in Mansoura back then. In fact, we still are trying to adapt. Ain't that right?

So ,our first house was located at the block B. Around the Jeehan street. It was a so-so called house. Everything about the house was perfect till the heater broke down. Yeah, as usual, heater is the main important electrical things as winter approaching. Who would dare to live without heater? It was us. Miraculously, we survived by making a 'nomad'. Moving on from one house to another house when it was the time to take bath. Haha. Luckily, the whole block occupied with our friends. So, that was the minority problem we had. The biggest problem we had, was when we received the bill. Electrical bill. Mind you, I'd said regarding the bill, it was completely ridiculous. Ask anyone in the block about B7.( It was our house) We had the most highest expenses for the bill, though I did tell that the heater broke down right? The bill reached 1000 LE. Blink-blink.

Oh, we were naïve back then. Never had the guts to fight back.( I thought somebody did fight..haha)Apparently, Malaysian people are just so adorable. Pretty amusing with all the nice behavior. We respect people who are older than us. Ain't that right? But here, it's totally different I might said.(Correct me if I'm wrong) Not so bad I would say, but a more like 'rude'. Erm, it does sound bad. Not appropriate. Well let's say it this way, they are more or less 'kasar'. Sometimes it did leave a pain in the ass. Technically, what they did to us mostly hurt. But we get used to it day by day, year by year. Don't worry!

But, living here, well do teach us a lot of things. And mostly wonderful events and miracle events sometimes happened. We learnt to be independent(and yet still had those kind of homesick feeling haha), to be more mature for whatever decision we made and face the consequences. It was beautiful and yet it is. No objection. This road, this way we chose it. We might as well end it up very well. And for that, happy anniversary to our blog and of course this bond. May it blossom through out the whole life.

Saat awan mendung berarak

Salam imtihan buat warga rumah
Ya, title post memang agak sentimental
(Miss N3 berhati waja sila jangan muntah hijau dahulu)
Sebenarnya melihat ke langit luar
Mendung, tapi tak hujan2 jua (Memang sedang rindu hujan itu)
Hari ini nampaknya semua orang mood juga berubah2

Ada yang itu sedang malayan hari malasnya
Hari malas sedunia katanya, walhal malas sebilik dia sahaja pun
Ada yang itu nampaknya sedang fokus stady
Wah, bersemangat dia bila dapat tahu tiada graf masuk periksa
Semua arif dia memang manusia anti-sebarang-jenis-graf no 1 dan paling terkemuka
Yang itu?Agak seperti biasa
Berusaha meningkatkan kerja2 HCl n saliva secretion
Pada masa yang sama giat melatih otot2 stomach bekerja keras di musim2 seguk ini

haha..cubalah. smile is contagious. insyaallah,korang senyum kat dia,dia boleh balas dengan senyum kambeng lagi kot [sbb ter'accident' smile].kiranya,kalau orang kat sebelah kita masam,muka kita refleksi kemasaman dia jugak.so,bila nampak ade muka kawan korang yg senget,itu signal mudah untuk korang cepat2 tarik balik senyum sampai tinge.ngeeeeeee...>_<

fakta menarik tentang SENYUM yang buat makin tersenyum ^_^ :

1. Para saintis mendapati senyum dan ketawa merupakan satu senaman berbentuk jogging dalaman di mana dapat merangsang seluruh tubuh dan stimulate hormon.

2. Apabila kita tersenyum, badan turut 'tersenyum' dan menganggap kita gembira.Kajian menunjukkan senyuman memperlahankan aliran darah yang melalui sinus ke otak.[kan da cakap smile is contagious..]

case

A 25-year-old woman presents to the emergency department (ED) with a 2-day history of dull left lower quadrant (LLQ) pain and a diffuse pinkish rash. One week ago, she was diagnosed with streptococcal pharyngitis at an urgent care center for students and was discharged with a prescription for amoxicillin. Three days later, she developed the pinkish rash; the rash was diagnosed by a dermatologist to be an allergic reaction to the amoxicillin. The dermatologist prescribed prednisone and discontinued the amoxicillin. The patient subsequently developed nausea, vomiting, fever, and the aforementioned LLQ pain. She denies experiencing any vaginal bleeding or discharge, dysuria, increased urinary urgency or frequency, melena, or hematochezia. She reports feeling weak and dizzy. Other than her visit to the student urgent health care center, she has no past medical history, is not taking any medications, and does not have any allergies. She does occasionally drink alcohol, but she denies smoking tobacco or using illicit drugs. She also denies using tampons. eh2 die nie deny lak..jom team house g check ruma patient nih~

On physical examination, she is noted to be alert and have a normal mental status, but is otherwise pale and ill-appearing. Her blood pressure is 65/35 mm Hg, with a regular heart rate ranging between 110-120 bpm. Her respirations are measured at 20 breaths/min, her oral temperature is 103.46°F (39.70°C), and her oxygen saturation is 93% while breathing room air. The integument examination reveals a diffuse, erythematous, blanching rash; however, the integument is otherwise warm and dry to the touch. The oropharynx is clear, with no exudates or erythema. Diffuse mild crackles are noted in the patient's lungs. She has normal heart sounds, with a regular rhythm and a slightly increased capillary refill. Her abdomen is soft and minimally tender to deep palpation in the LLQ. No abdominal masses or hepatosplenomegaly are appreciated. The pelvic examination reveals no external vaginal or cervical lesions, cervical motion tenderness, or adnexal masses or tenderness. No foreign bodies are visualized.

The laboratory examination, including a complete blood cell (CBC) count and comprehensive metabolic panel, is essentially unremarkable, except for a white blood cell (WBC) count of 31.6 × 103/µL (31.6 × 109/L), band neutrophils of 13% (0.13) and a creatinine of 2.4 mg/dL (212.16 µmol/L). Her arterial blood gas analysis is remarkable for a partial pressure of carbon dioxide (pCO2) of 27 mm Hg (3.59 kPa), a partial pressure of oxygen (pO2) of 56 mm Hg (7.45 kPa), a bicarbonate of 19 mEq/L (19 mmol/L), and a base deficit of 4.4 mmol/L (normal range, 0-2 mmol/L). The urinalysis, cervical Gram stain, and potassium hydroxide (KOH) wet preparation are all normal. A chest radiograph is taken that shows changes consistent with early adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS; see Figure 1).

Upon returning from the radiology department, she is noted to again become hypotensive, tachycardic, and tachypneic, as well as remaining febrile despite the administration of acetaminophen. An elective rapid-sequence intubation is performed for the pending respiratory failure. She is diagnosed with septic shock (etiology unknown) and treated empirically with clindamycin, vancomycin, and meropenem. Blood, urine, and respiratory cultures are obtained, and antistreptolysin O (ASO) and toxic shock syndrome toxin–1 (TSST-1) antibody titers are ordered. A lumbar puncture is deferred, and the patient is admitted to the medical intensive care unit (ICU).

The most likely diagnosis is toxic shock syndrome.

Cause : Enterotoxin from staph aureus or strep pyogenes
Characters : asscociated with wound contaminated by s-aureus,due to contaminated dressing or improper use of synthetic tampon,toxin enter circulation and acts as super antigen
Clinical pictures: fever,headache,vomit,diarrhea,hypotension and shock
